5pm - 7pm: The Tyson Smith Trio
Since arriving in Wellington last year - the latest stop on a musical journey that has included New York, Mexico, Cuba and Cheviot among others - Tyson has been busy shaping his recent experiences into original music. The resulting song and  compositions, crafted from an exciting mix of blues, jazz, funk, rock and afro-caribbean rhythms, act as a springboard for a dive into seething and often uncharted waters. Tyson Smith (guitar, vocals) is joined by another recent addition to Wellington’s music scene, Seamus Jolly (upright bass) and prominent local drummer Peter Elliot.

7.15pm - 9pm: The Crypt Kicker 3
The Crypt Kicker 3: INSTRO! SURF! SPY! This 3-headed hydra group consists of: SEAMUS, MIKE "DELTONE" CLEVERLY & THE KNAVE. Based in Wellington, behold these beasts of reverb and surf-tone kickin up the sand near you!

10pm – 11.30pm: The Tropical Downbeat Orchestra
This 7-piece Hawkes Bay based creative collective have an energy driven, eclectic repertoire that is mainly rooted in the soul, funk and jazz vibe. Most of the, all original, compositions are flat out funk and groove based. The prominent irie organ, horn ensemble, passionate drum tempo, dynamic female soul inspired vocals and underlying bass and rhythm guitar will shake your brain to a different strain.

11.15pm - 1am: Continuum Featuring Jess Chambers
Wellington's best 'unknown' improvised fusion band is back after a three-year break! With Virtuoso Justin Clarke on guitar, Merlin Lepper on Bass and Brad McMillan on Drums, Continuum breaks the conventions of stuffy tired traditional genres to create an eclectic fusion of Funk, Bulgarian Rock and Jazz. Continuum drives with forceful abandon creating new forms of music unknown to mankind.
